Coach Anirudhh is the lead instructor for the program and brings extensive experience in movement training, rehabilitation-focused fitness, and helping individuals build strength, mobility, and confidence through structured practice. He focuses on sustainable progress, proper technique, and individualized guidance. His sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive, and suitable for participants with varying levels of experience.
No. The trial classes are suited to all - beginners as well as those with prior experience.
No. There is absolutely no obligation to register for ongoing classes after attending a trial session. The trial class is simply an opportunity to see if the program is a good fit for you
There are significant benefits to this program whether you are generally sedentary or active (sports, running, walking, etc). The program supplements all daily activities
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, mat, handheld weights (approx 2lbs each or 1 kg or what you can handle easily), a towel and, especially, an open mind.
Answer: No problem. Weights optional for demo session.
At the end of the trial class, participants will receive information about class schedules, fees, and registration options.
Many participants come with different levels of fitness and mobility. Coach Anirudh can suggest appropriate modifications where needed. Participants with specific medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity program
